12. Henry F.³ Clipfell (Jacob², Philip¹) was born in Nottawa, St. Joseph Co, MI February 29, 1840.⁽⁵⁾ Henry F. Clipfell was born in the town of Nottowa, County of St. Joseph, State of Mich. on the 29th Feb. 1840 Henry died June 30, 1905 in Lansing, Ingham Co., MI, at 65 years of age. Henry F. Clipfell died on the 30th day of June, 1905 in Lansing, Mich. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. D.L.White, aged 65 years, 4 months. His body was interred 1905 in White Pigeon, St. Joseph Co., MI, White Pigeon Cemetery.

He married Hannah Margaret Dale in White Pigeon, St. Joseph Co., MI, May 17, 1870.⁽⁶⁾ Henry F. Clipfell and Hannah M. Dale were Married on the 17th May 1870 at 10 1/2 oclock A.M. at the residence of James S. Dale at White Pigeon Mich. By the Rev. T. M. Shanafelt.

Hannah was born in Boalesburg, Centre Co, PA February 10, 1847.⁽⁷⁾ Hannah Margaret Dale was born in the Town of Boalesburg. Centre County, Penn. on the 10th Feb. 1847 Hannah was the daughter of Amos Dale and Mary Shuneberger or Shoneberger.

Hannah died July 16,1929 in Redwood Falls, Redwood Co., MN, at 82 years of age.⁽⁸⁾ Hannah M. Clipfell died on the 16th day of July, 1929, at her home in Redwood Falls, Minn, aged 82 years 5 months and 5 days

Her body was interred 1929 in White Pigeon, St. Joseph Co., MI, White Pigeon Cemetery.

Henry F. Clipfell and Hannah Margaret Dale had the following children:

+ 18 i. Mary Elizabeth⁴ Clipfell was born October 23, 1872.⁽⁹⁾

19 ii. Herman Henry Clipfell was born in South Bend, St. Joseph Co., IN November 27, 1874.⁽¹⁰⁾ Herman Henry Clipfell was born in South Bend, Indiana, Nov. 27, 1874 Herman died February 12, 1877 in White Pigeon, St. Joseph Co., MI, at 2 years of age.⁽¹¹⁾ Herman Henry Clipfell died on the 12th day of February, 187[6]7 in White Pigeon, Mich. at the home of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Brown. His body was interred 1877 in White Pigeon, St. Joseph Co., MI, White Pigeon Cemetery.

20 iii. Carroll Dale Clipfell was born in South Bend, St. Joseph Co., IN August 22, 1878.⁽¹²⁾ Carroll Dale Clipfell was born in South Bend, Indiana, Aug. 22, 1878. Carroll died May 14, 1964 in Pheonix, AZ, at 85 years of age. He married Elsie Ireland in Minneapolis, Hennepin Co., MN, August 22, 1907.⁽¹³⁾
